Located at Fatrimol in Chandor village, this south goa location is quiet and picturesque just 12kms from Margao and 36kms away from the Dabolim airport.
This is a small community immersed in lush greenery, surrounded by nature. All the apartments will have high quality finishes.
The project will comprise of just 3 Buildings, each on a separate plot. There will be a total of 12 apartments. There will be stilt parking available for each of the buildings.
The project consists of six 2-Bedroom apartments, with master en-suite, admeasuring 77 sq mtrs of built-up area; four 1-Bedroom apartments admeasuring 62 sq mtrs of built-up area each; and two Studio apartments with a large open terrace admeasuring 60 sq mtrs of built-up area each.

R.C.C. frame structure with external walls in laterite/ Concrete blocks and internal walls are done using block masonry.
All windows will be anodized aluminum frames. Toilet windows will be of anodized aluminum frames with frosted glass.
Vitrified Tiles or Indian stone or similar.
Platform clad with Granite or similar stone with a stainless-steel sink.
Doors with Hard wood frame with flush door shutters, with Hardware of standard make.
Concealed copper wiring in FR PVC conduits will be used along with safety devices such as MCB and ELCB’s as well as ISI marked switches and sockets.
Flooring will be in vitrified tiles or equivalent and walls of ceramic/glazed tiles. Bathroom walls will be fully clad. Kohler sanitary ware will be used in the bathroom. Kohler/Jaguar fittings or similar will be used in the bathroom. Cold and hot water supply with concealed PVC pipelines.
